is the CEO and President of the Hispanic Contractors of Colorado, leading the organization’s mission to support and advocate for small, minority, and women-owned businesses in the construction industry. Ale is a dedicated community leader serving on multiple boards and making history as the first woman and Latina chair of the Construction Education Foundation.
